Strawberry Santa Hats for Christmas

Ingredients

  • Strawberries ( depending on how many hats you want to make)
  • Apricot gel or White chocolate candy melts ( Basically anything that is sticky)
  • Dessicated Coconut

Steps

  1. Cut the top of the strawberry to form a flat base for the hat
  2. Melt White chocolate candy melts ( if using)
  3. Dip base of strawberry into gel or candy melts
  4. Dip base into desiccated coconut. The coconut should be stuck onto the gel or candy coating.
  5. Top with a marshmallow.
  6. Enjoy!

Chili Garlic Shrimp Zoodles INGREDIENTS (Servings 4): • 1.5 lbs fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined. • 2 Tbsps avocado oil, coconut oil, or olive oil, divided. • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced. • 1 red chili, finely chopped. • 2 Tbsps fresh cilantro leaves, chopped. • 1 tsp raw honey (optional). • Juice of 2 small fresh limes • 1 tsp lime zest. • 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized. • Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste. • Red chili flakes – optional. Cover and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. 3. Add in the zucchini noodles, tossing and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. 4. Season with salt and pepper, (crushed red pepper flakes) toss and serve immediately. Enjoy! . Garlic Bread Bruschetta By: Tasty, Hector Gomez Ingredients (for 2 servings) 1 loaf italian bread, sliced 3 tablespoons butter, melted 1 clove garlic, minced italian seasoning, to taste parmesan cheese, to taste 6 roma tomatoes, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 4 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped Preparation Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In the microwave, melt the 3 tablespoons of butter with 1 clove of garlic. Slice up a loaf of Italian bread to about 1-inch (2 ½ cm) thickness. Top with melted garlic butter, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown. In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and olive oil and stir until everything is fully coated with olive oil.
